This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document prevails.
In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no tracking code and uses no analytics. No personal data is collected from you unless you write to us. Every resource including the web fonts is served from our own server, so no request reaches a third party.
This notice is given by the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Personal data processed
DevAntalya is a static information site. There is no account, form, comment or ordering feature, so processing is limited to two things:
- Server logs: the web server records the IP address, date and time, requested path, HTTP status code and browser user agent for each request, for technical security and fault diagnosis. These logs are not used for marketing and do not serve profiling.
- What you send us: the name, email address or phone number and the message content you provide when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Server logs: processed to keep the site secure and available, based on the legitimate interest of the controller under KVKK art. 5/2-f.
- Contact content: processed to answer your request, under KVKK art. 5/2-c and art. 5/2-f.
4. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold, not shared for marketing and not passed to advertising networks. Data is processed with the hosting infrastructure provider only to the extent technically required to serve the site. Disclosure to legally authorised public authorities may occur on request within the applicable legislation.
5. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically, through web server logs and through what you choose to send us.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as the technical security need requires. Correspondence is retained until the request is resolved and for any applicable statutory limitation period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
By applying to the data controller you may:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK art. 7,
- request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
- object to an adverse result produced by analysis solely through automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request in writing to the address above, or by email to contact@tangelo.com.tr, in line with the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest.
9. Changes
This notice is updated whenever the way the site works changes. The current version is always published at this address.
